I was born in Lucca / Italy on 1/10 /1962. Lived in Rio de Janeiro / Brazil since 1983, in Santiago since 2006. I started early as A.D in Italy, lived in Rio de Janeiro for 22 years, always working on local major production companies for both the local market and international production services.

 

Some of the main projects realized:

 

As an A.D., in Italy “La Certosa di Parma”, directed by Mauro Bolognini. In Brazil “Vai Trabalhar Vagabundo 2”, by Hugo Carvana, “Il Barbiere di Rio”, by Giovanni Veronesi.

 

As a Director, “Jungle Pilots” for National Geographic Television, shot in the Amazon, and “Biopirates / The São Luis Letter” shot in the Amazon and in India, co-produced by Zohar Cinema Brazil & Lucky Red Italy, UNESCO Award 2005 among others.

As a Producer for documentary films, “Condor”, by Roberto Mader, filmed in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay & Brazil. “Simonal”, by Claudio Manoel, Langer & Leal, for Globo TV Brasil.

In feature films, I serviced in “At Play in the Fields of the Lord” as an Aerial Unit Producer, by Hector Babenco and produced by Saul Zaentz, filmed in Brazil and Venezuela. As a Line Producer I worked in “My Heart in Chile”, by Jorg Grunler for ZDF Germany, filmed in Chile.

 

As a Producer for T.V. Series, “African Pop”, filmed in Nigeria, Senegal, Congo, France and Brazil. TV Manchete. “Philosophical Journey - A Rediscovery of the Amazon”. RTP Portugal.

 

I have also produced dozens of Music Videos, including Caetano Veloso, Marisa Monte, Roberto Carlos, Gilberto Gil, Timbalada, Ruff Endz, Negrita, Franz Ferdinand, Yannick Noah.
